Welcome to VIPz (“VIPz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VIPz mobile application, website, QR■code ordering tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using VIPz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use VIPz for alcohol■related ordering and legally permitted to consume alcohol in your jurisdiction. VIPz may require identity or age verification and may deny access at its sole discretion.
VIPz is a mobile ordering and payment platform that allows users to view menus, open and close tabs, place orders,
make payments, and receive venue■specific content and promotions. VIPz does not prepare or sell food or alcohol; all
sales are made by participating venues.
Creating a VIPz account does not require payment. Use of VIPz is optional on a per■visit basis. Once a VIPz tab is
opened, the user is committed to completing that visit using VIPz and applicable fees apply.
VIPz charges fees per visit, not per item. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to opening a tab. Payments are
processed by third■party providers. VIPz does not store full payment card details.
Open tabs may be automatically closed if left unpaid. An automatic gratuity (commonly 20%) may be applied where
permitted by law. Users authorize VIPz to close tabs under these conditions.
Tips are optional unless otherwise disclosed and are paid directly to the venue or staff according to venue policy.
VIPz may allow users to pin their location or attach identifying information to assist staff. Accuracy is the user’s
responsibility.
Venues enforce all alcohol laws. Service may be refused for intoxication or ID concerns. VIPz may suspend accounts
for violations.
VIPz may display sponsored or promotional content. VIPz does not endorse third■party products unless explicitly
stated.
Users may not misuse the Service, interfere with venue operations, or engage in fraud or abuse. Violations may result
in suspension or termination.
VIPz may suspend or terminate access to protect venues, staff, or the platform. Account deletion does not affect
completed transactions.
VIPz is provided “as is” and “as available.” Venues are solely responsible for service, pricing, and compliance.
VIPz’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months to the maximum extent permitted by
law.
Users agree to indemnify VIPz from claims arising from misuse of the Service or violations of law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or small
claims court where permitted.
VIPz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
